Description
As a user, I would like to be able to double-click a project in the "All Projects" tab and have it open up the view of my choice (web page, history, properties, etc).

I have added a setting to allow the user to configure a double-click action. At the moment this is one of the build-in actions (build history, current status, packages, properties or web page.)
