Get server list from webdashboard

Description
If you add with the HTTP transport a Webdashboard you need to enter a name of the tarnet server to monitor.
Entering a Server address and Target server is quiet confusing. Also it is not possible to monitor more then one ccnet server via one webdashboard Url.
Some ideas:
- if the user adds a Webdashboard url to monitor, retrieve the list of build servers provided by the webdashboard
- let the user choose which servers he wants to monitor (listbox + checkboxes)
- notify the user that the webdashboard has new/added or removed build servers
