Description
Need to be able to add plug-ins to the monitor. These plugins should be able to:
- Monitor events
- Add new tabs
- Add new server items (in the explorer)

Implemented the base plug-in framework. This allows for notification-style plugins, plus plug-ins that interact with the tabs and monitor explorer.
